How to Find And Merge Duplicate Contacts on Samsung Android

Step 1. Launch the program and connect your device to your computer

After downloading, install and launch it on your computer, then connect your Samsung or other Android device to the same computer by using its USB cable, the Android manager will immediately detect your phone and show it in the primary interface like the screenshot below.

Step 2. Find and merge duplicate contacts with a click

In the left sidebar of the program, click "Contacts". On the right, click "De-duplicate". This program will automatically detect all duplicate contacts on your phone. Then, all contacts with the same name, phone number or email are listed. By default, all contacts have the duplicate contents are ticked off. If you want to merge some of them, just unchecked the contacts that you do not want to merge. Then at the top line, choose a match type. After that, click "Merge Selected", the button at the lower right corner.

This will bring up a rectangle, reading "Are you sure you want to merge the selected group as shown in the preview?". If yes, click "Yes". Then the merging process begins. Be sure your Android phone is connected. When it ends, click "OK".
